I would recommend Alliance to anyone I know that would have a similar issue.

I want to thank you for the help you gave me to resolve the Rooms To Go Issue that I had with them. I communicated with them both verbally and in four correspondences in letters. It went round and round and round… same responses from their Customer Service Department, as if they were not even reading the letters and just shuffling paper to make it look like they were really doing something. I first contacted you on Dec 8, 2022 and filed my issue with RTG. The matter was resolved on January 9, 2023. I would recommend Alliance to anyone I know that would have a similar issue. Again, Thank you for you Professional help in this matter.

When BCA is on the job things happen

I was having a hard time getting a response back from a generator company with a quote to replace my generator. Not only did the generator company send me an estimate to replace my generator today, but I was also notified that the company will install my replacement generator this Friday. Sales Rep made sure I understood what I was signing up for.

I liked that Karen gave me info on and what I did not know about the Arbitration. She made sure I understood what I was signing up for. She even did a follow-up call the next day with me. She is good at what she does. Keep her, she is needed for your company.

I would give Business Consumer Alliance a 10+.

I would like to post a review and give Business Consumer Alliance the highest score possible . I had an ongoing dispute with T-Mobile for 5 months about a fraudulent charge on my monthly bill. I sent a text to Business Consumer Alliance Sunday , heard from them Tues. and everything was resolved by Wed. I am still in awe at the speed with which I was taken care of. I would give Business Consumer Alliance a 10+. Thank you so much.
